Canadian Immigration Consulting Services

Welcome to Router Immigration Consulting.

The concept of leaving your country of origin, and perhaps your country of residence temporarily or permanently, may bring about fear, confusion, hope and aspirations. This is a very big move and a life changing decision for many immigrants.

We know the challenges, and pressures faced by applicants, specifically those related to immigration, and subsequent settlement having followed that route as first-generation immigrants in Canada.

We also know that Canada welcomes cultural diversity, international skills, and the richness immigrants bring to their community of settlement through several pathways such as visitors, workers, students, and permanent residents. Immigration accounts for much of the labour force growth, and population growth in Canada.

The Canadian Immigration pathways may seem challenging to many foreign nationals due to several reasons such as many application forms to fill, submission of forms to the appropriate office, anxiety not to make errors, processing times, responding to requests for further information during application processing, and the payment of proper application fees.

Router Immigration Consulting will provide you with professional immigration consulting services to assist you with complete applications by satisfying document checklists, and navigating your immigration process diligently.

We connect your data to the appropriate immigration streams in Canada.

Canada Immigration Law

Our Mission

  • To provide our clients with excellent service delivery in attaining their immigration goals in Canada.

Our Values.

  • Respect for the individual, the family, and the organization: We value people, support their growth, and appreciate their contributions.
  • Teamwork: We collaborate to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Integrity: We believe in consistency in one’s words and actions.
  • Creativity: We see solutions when others see problems.
  • Accountability: We are conscious of our service to the trust given by our clients.

A Focus on Results.

  • The first step is for us to know your immigration goal.
  • The second step is for us to conduct an objective assessment of your circumstances and qualifications as it fits with various immigration pathways under Canadian Immigration Law.
  • We will craft a path that fits into your immigration goal.
  • If retained by the client, we come up with a plan to work together towards submitting an error free application.
  • It is important to note, that a client must answer all questions truthfully at all times, and provide legitimate documents that are verifiable by the government to avoid any form of inconsistency or misrepresentation.
  • Misrepresentation is a serious crime. It is a serious crime to lie, or to send false information or documents to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This is fraud, and it has serious consequences such as being barred from entering Canada for 5 years, a permanent record of fraud with the Canadian government, have you charged with a crime, or removal from Canada etc.

Canada Visitor Visa

Temporary Resident Visa (TRV).

  • Temporary Resident Visa: Visitors are allowed into Canada as temporary residents through a visitor visa also known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV). A visitor entry is allowed if an immigration officer is satisfied that they have applied for that status, have met the eligibility requirements, and are not inadmissible as set out in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). This process may likely be difficult for many as it relates to gathering documents and having an error free application to demonstrate that you meet the requirements. Router Immigration Consulting if retained can guide you through the process of the timelines, gathering your official documents, and application submission. Contact us now for an eligibility assessment to ascertain if you are qualified to bring your loved ones to Canada.

Canada Study Visa, Canada Study Permit, Canada Post Graduation Work Permit

Study Permit Application/Extension/Restoration:

Canada is a global leading destination for most international students because of the quality education available here, competitive cost, variety of educational opportunities, safety and security, and the enabling environment to gain work experience after graduation through a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). However, not all learning institutions are Designated Learning Institutions (DLI), and not all DLI qualify for a Post-Graduation Work Permit. There are timelines to adhere to for student’s who want to extend or restore their status, and compliance to conditions imposed on their initial study permits to consider, as set out by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations in order not to be out of status. Let us know your long-term immigration goals to know the appropriate educational path to follow in fulfilling your positive dreams in Canada. Contact us today for consultation about your circumstances and education  pathway.

Canada Work Permit

Work Permit Application.

There are several categories of work permits which have been created by the Canadian government to help solve the problem of labour shortages in Canada. However, to work in Canada you need to have a job offer and consequently a work permit, although there are some categories which are exempted from this requirement as they have the authorization to work without a work permit as set out by the regulations. Router Immigration Consulting if retained can help you review the job offer to make sure it meets the requirements of Employment and Social Development Canada. We can assess your qualifications to the offer of employment, requirements for your country of origin or residence such as if a visa is required or not, provincial and licensing requirements in Canada, and guide you through the process of application submission.

Immigrate to Canada, Canada Express Entry, Canada Study Visa, Canada Permanent Residency

Express Entry.

  • Express Entry: This is an online system that Canada uses to manage immigration applications from skilled workers all over the world. This immigration pathway is highly competitive. To be eligible under the Express Entry, an applicant needs to qualify for at least one of these three programs; Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trade Program (FSTP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC). If an applicant is eligible for one of these programs, an application can be made through the express entry for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). If an applicant is lucky to have been nominated by a province having satisfied the eligibility requirements of that nominating province. The applicant gets extra points and may be invited to apply faster. Contact us at Router Immigration Consulting for further consultation.

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

  • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP): Canadian provinces have individual agreements with the Canadian Federal Government, and they select immigrants that meet the needs of their economy. Each province has their own unique immigration pathways and requirements which may target students, skilled and semi-skilled workers, business people, and specific occupations which are in high demand. A province nominates an applicant who have the skills to become economically established, connections to the province, and have the intention to reside in that province amongst other eligibility requirements.
